Picture catch up
I just realized that I had lots of pictures to post from the past few weeks ... Enjoy!
Belly shots!
Ok, well here I am at 16 weeks and my belly is definitely starting to pop out there!
This isn't a great pic, but you can see that I no longer fit in regular pants.... elastic is my friend now!!! (Overlook that I hadn't fixed my hair yet...oopps!)
Blake saw Justin taking pictures of my belly and he thought he needed to pull up his shirt and show off his belly in a picture too!!!
"Where's the baby???" One day he will understand, but for now its just too cute!

Fun with Granddaddy
Blake and Granddaddy playing with blocks... a few minutes earlier the entire floor was covered with toys (I caught the clean up)
The idea was to go to the park to "run off" some energy Blake had, but all he really wanted to do was "wing"... must have been on there a good 30-45 minutes!!!

Train ride
Granna and Blake took a super fun train ride around the mall.... Blake picked the "boose" (i.e. caboose) to ride in and he's been talking about the "boose" ever since! We won't be able to go to the mall again without him wanting to ride the train, thanks Granna :)
Swimming at Nana and Pe-paws
Blake and his cousins, Anna and Ian, had a blast playing in the blow up pool at Nana and Pe-paw's last Sunday (9/16/09)
He is just getting so "grown up" looking... where did my baby boy go?
Blake splashed and splashed and even went under a few times (trying to act like Ian)... He was laughing the entire time!
Little man taking a break from the pool....He is just getting so "grown up" looking... where did my baby boy go?
Mama's little helper!
Blake and his stool... He knows when he can't reach or see something that he can go and get this stool and get to what he wants! Its like a light bulb comes on and he thinks "oh, I will just go get my stool!" ... He's too smart! This time he was helping me make a cheese cake!
Monkey Man
Blake thinks its fun to get on the end of the bed and "ride!" He is so funny... and comes up with this stuff all on his own!!!!

Time to get rid of all that long hair!!!!
We went to see Lah Lah (Laura) on Tuesday and boy did she do a great job on Blake's hair!!! First, she took off the back and sides...
Then she did a little trimming!!! (which Blake wasn't too sure that he liked)
But of course he looked SO CUTE during the whole thing, making all kinds of faces!
By the time she cut the top and front, Blake needed a sucker and he deserved it for being so good! Thanks again, Lah Lah!

Sweet boy
Ethan's birthday
Our friends Lance and Casey celebrated their son's 2nd birthday this past weekend and we went to Kingsport, TN for the party. Ethan's birthday was "Farm Animals" themed and he had a very cool pig cake!!!
The birthday boy opening his presents!
Tools were the hit this year.... specifically for Ethan was the screwdriver... Blake really liked the drill (mental note for upcoming birthday!)
Blake really took to Ethan's Papaw Charlie...they played, shared a hot dog, and played some more!!! Thanks for inviting us to the party, we had fun celebrating with you all!
