Fun day on the lake!

Let's go to the river

The boys and I took a fun trip to the river a few days after Mother's day with Granddaddy. They loved splashing in the water, digging in the dirt, and fishing! What a fun time for everyone!!!

Blake on the "Jump Thing"

Earlier in the day Blake informed Granna that he wanted to do the "jump thing" at the mall (and though we were surprised, 'cause he's always watched, but never wanted to actually do it himself).... we said ok, let's go do it!!!!

He's all hooked in the harness and the bands are going up!

And boy was he happy!!!

Look at him go.... bounce, bounce, bounce... all the way to the ceiling!

Up and Up he went...

Look how high he's going... I think I would be afraid!

But he was big smiles and having fun!

Blake was so excited and proud of himself!

Blake sticking out his hand and saying "STOP! My turn... my turn!" But Kaleb wouldn't hear of it... he didn't want to get off of the motorcycle

Look at that smile!!!! He's having a blast!

Blake's turn to ride

Blake and Daddy getting ready to go for a little ride

Ha Ha, I just realized the police car in the background while they ride around the neighborhood with no helmets on... this was a few days after the tornado though, and the police were not letting just anyone come through to "sight see"

Fun times (especially for the big kid... aka Daddy!!!)

April Tornado hit in Justin's parents neighborhood

These pictures were taken two days after the F4 tornado (meaning winds of 190mph plus) hit in Apison, TN on April 27, 2011. Thankfully there were no lives lost here in Justin's parents neighborhood, but unfortunately just one street over a few families were not so lucky. Now there are just trash piles where houses once stood. Driving here you just experience a drop in your stomach seeing all of the distruction... trees completely shredded and ripped apart, depris of all sorts everywhere, power lines down and a feeling of complete sorrow lingers. But the community has definitely come together to help those in need and although it will be months before we see any dramatic changes, PRAISE THE LORD they survived!!!!

The end of April

Our friends, Skip and Jennifer, had their baby girl "Reese" on April 4th.... we got to visit her at the hospital, but this picture was a few weeks later and Blake was so excited to get to hold her finally!

Kaleb has definitely taken on the "ME DO IT" mentality... He will not let you feed him anything anymore.... This was lasagna night!

He's a mess, but he's a happy mess!

Happy Easter!

Family Easter picture time!

Kaleb and Blake... neither would be still, or quiet, or smile long enough to get a good shot of both, but this one is the best we got!

The Kilgore cousins...Anna, Ian, Kaleb and Blake... super cute!!!!

Aww, Les and Jus... Can you see us?... We can't see you, the sun is too bright!
