Our team was treated to some of the best lunches we have ever had at the center where we are doing most of the construction on this trip.
Yes, we are all a dirty, sweaty, stinky mess, but this rice and beans is CRAZY GOOD!!! I am serious, I don't know what the trick is, but I have never tasted anything so simple yet so amazing!
And here's why I'm so dirty... the major construction job on this week is to repair the roof on the dining area that we were just eating in and also on the church across the road.
